Pha Khamro Rattanayano, from Ban Pak Jeck village, Pak Ou district, Luang Prabang province. He became a novice at Vat Ban Pak Jeck in early 1980, moved to Vat Pa Phon phao during Pha Saysamud Sotiko, Abbot of Vat Pa Phon Phao for studying Pha Pariyadtitham( Pali school), secondary school at Vat Si Phutthabat after finished secondary school. He moved to study at high school in Vientiane and continue studying in university in Ockland, New Zealand, finished then continued to study at the master degree in New York, America. He stopped to be a monk got married in Laksed state. This photograph was taken at Vat Lao Buddhatharam in New Zealand.
