In between Jan.6th,1957,Pha Khamchan Virachitta Pha Khamfan Silasangvaro,former abbot of Vat Kili.be a follower asistant of His Holiness Dhammayano (Bunthan),The Supreme patriarch of Laos,Vat Mai Suvannaphumaram Luang Prabang and beenpilgrimage to the Buddha's birth place (Loumpini garden) in Nepal,far from the Indian border 9km,the feature is big-tall stone pole and erected under reign of King Asokan,the legend told that:King Asokan with Pha monk Oupakupata MahaThelaj been to pilgrimage and gave the advice that should build the Buddha's monument here and he told the staff construct the big stone wall surround with big stone pole for be symbol.(information from The land of Buddha book,writen by Pra Sutepvisuttimoni,abbot of Thai Vat Buddha Gaya India),(see Nr.H0272)
