Telegram regarding a request from the Guikwar [Gaekwar]'s defence for more time to prepare their case and outlining which statements taken by Colonel Phayre they may be supplied with, and which parts of his letters cannot be made available.
The telegram also instructs Pelly that a reply to Jefferson's application will be made by the solicitors and that Pelly should avoid direct communication with him.
