- Scope & Content:
- The letter is a covering letter enclosing correspondence sent by Commodore George Robinson, Commanding Officer of the Persian Gulf Squadron, to Kemball, concerning the discovery at Lingah [Bandar-e Lengeh] of indigo from the plundered ship Centaur. The letter referred to does not follow Kemball's covering letter, but is likely the same as that also forwarded to Arthur Malet, Chief Secretary of the Government, Bombay, and found at folio 101.
