Sathou Anousith Ajito,the abbot of Wat Thatluang,Luangprabang from 1995 to 2004.When he was young he didn't become to be a novice or monk, but he did when he was old.He became to be a monk at Wat Taohai which had Sathouyai Khamchanh Virachittamahathera,the abbot of Wat Saen Soukharam was his preceptor.Then he moved to be the abbot of Wat Thatluang,and he was the Director of the Buddhist Secondary School an High School of Luangprabang.He had followed Sathouyai Khamchanh Virachittamahathera to visited the other provinces in Laos,and abroad such as France.In the night of one day in 2004,His privated dwelling(Kuti) at Wat Thatluang was burnt because he lit the candle to pray respect to Buddha image before he went to bed,and he forgot to blew out the candle after he finished chanting,so he burnt his body he had to take care at the hospital for several months after he was recovered he moved to Wat Mahathat because his relatives live at Ban Wat That,and he passed away in 2006.Sathou Anousith Ajito was the important monk because he had a goodness for the nation and Buddhism especially in Luangprabang.He took this photo at ThammayanaMonument at Wat Neunphanao,Nongkhai,Thailand when he was traveling to Nongkhai with Sathouyai Mao Manivangso,the abbot of Wat Xiengthong,Luangprabang in 1996.
