Ordination Permission certificate of Sathouyai Mao Manivangso,the abbot of Vat Xiengthong.It was written that:The sheriff of Luangprabang district certificated that Mr.Mao at Ban Khili,Xiengthong group.He is the son of Mr.Thid Phoumma and Ms.Oun.1.He is 27 years old,2.He doesn't owe to anybody,3.He is not illegal,4.He is not laid off from Buddhism,5.He is a good man,6.He is not disabled,so the sheriff of Luangprabang district drew up this ordination permission certificate for him.Luangprabang District,Saturday 10th December 1948.The sheriff of Luangprabang District.
