Somdet Pra Louk Keo Silasangvaro, Sathou Nyai Khamfan Silasangvaramahatheraj (1901-1987), the abbot of Vat Souvannakili, the former chairman of Buddhist fellowship of Lunagprabang province (1954), took this photo at the age 57 years,in C.E1958.(Story life being of Sathou Khamfan Silasangvaro). was born in Ban Kili municipality of Luangprabang in B.E 2444, Aug.20th.C.E1901, Mr.Khampan (father) ,Mrs.Khamla (mother), ordained be a novice at Vat Ban Koi Namkan by Sathou Nyai Chanti in C.E 1919, C.E 1920 been studied in Bangkok Thailand.C.E 1921 came back and ordinated be a monk at Vat Sibounheung by Sathou Nyai Chaopan was chairceremony and then turn back to study in Bangkok again till C.E1929 (take time 6 years),when decided ordination he intend respect practice the Dhamma Vinai (drama,routine and study the subjects as:mason,carpentor,sculptor, paintor,and pottor,.he became the master artisan one of Sangka and of Luang Prabang, so the sample painting that was attach in the temples.here his homeland so he loves to construct the monastery architecture in everywhere of Luang Prabang and he was the one senoir monk that Lao people faith and loves him by number large particularly lay people in municipality of Luang Prabang.He followed the Somdej Pra Sangkaraj to held the Budhhist activities in abroad as:to celebration the Puttasayanti in Sri Langka and India C.E 1957, joyed with the Sangkayana meeting in Myanmar C.E 1956.
