Sathou Phor Ouan Aphakaro (Ouan Snith) is posing for a portrait in Sala Luang Prabang at Vat Neunphanao in Nong Khai Province, Thailand, on the 11th of July, 1990, at the age of 70. He is now living at the Lao Buddhist monastery in France, but he sometimes participates in the Buddhist retreat at Vat Pa Phon Phao, Luang Prabang. He is a monk who built a Dhammayana Pagoda for containing the bones of Somdej Phrayautkeo Bhuddhasinoroj Sakonmahasanghapamogga The Sangharaj Dhammayana Mahathera (Bounthan), the Supreme Patriarch of the Kingdom of Laos, at Vat Neunphanao in Nong Khai Province, Thailand.
