- Coll 12, A bill presented by the Collector of the Municipal Assessment for the brick tile and chunam manufactured by Government convicts, September 1858 to August 1859.
- Coll 14, Requests for naturalisation by natives of China, June to September 1858.
- Coll 17, Enquiry by the Head Constable of Liverpool regarding a man named Clarke believed to be employed at the Sailors Home in Singapore, 8th June 1858.
- Coll 18, Tabular statement of the work performed in the Department of the Surveyor General of the Straits Settlements, between July 1857 and July 1858.

- Coll 33, Application from B Ramswamy Putten for Government aid for a vernacular school at Singapore, August to September 1858. Includes a list of the names of parents and scholars who gave support to the school.
- Coll 34, Sanction to a loan of $40,000 being raised by the Municipal Commissioners for the purpose of erecting iron bridges over the Singapore river and Kallang river, and for the distribution of water over the town brought from Bukit Timah through the gift of Tan Kim Seng, September 1858.
