The collection consists of the following small collections of papers, each of which has an extract from the Narrative, dated 26th May 1859, and a table of contents:
- Coll 1, Arrangements sanctioned for supplying the vacant Chaplaincies of Cawnpore and Delhi, October 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 2, Sanction of the repairs of the Church at Etawah, December 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 3, Withdrawal of an allowance of 50 rupees per mensem to the Revd Mr Garstin, December 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 4, Report on the Agra Medical School and the results of the half yearly examination on the close of the summer session on the 30th September 1858.
- Coll 5, Refund of the sum of 4,000 rupees which was deposited for the benefit of the Dispensary Fund in the Bulandshahr Treasury and plundered from there in May 1857, August 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 6, Cash Accounts and Returns of Patients for the Charitable Dispensaries for the District of Jubbulpore and the districts of the Meerut Division (Dehra Dun, Saharunpore, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, and Allygurh [Aligarh]) for the first half of 1858.
- Coll 7, Sanction of the disbursement by the Magistrate of Bijnor of the cost of articles purchased for the Government Dispensary at that Station, September 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 8, Correspondence regarding the promulgation of a set of rules for the treatment of cholera and other epidemic diseases, November 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 9, Bill for 361 rupees on account of the pay of the Hoshangabad Dispensary Establishment for the month of October 1858.
- Coll 10, Contingent bills of the Agra Vaccine Establishment for the months of August to November 1858.
- Coll 11, Bills on account of the Agra Thomason Hospital and Medical School passed during the 4th quarter of 1858. Includes pay abstracts listing the employees attached to the Agra Medical School.
- Coll 12, Correspondence regarding a temporary Postal Establishment for Hoshangabad, March 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 13, Application for pecuniary assistance for the provision of ice for the use of the European troops at Cawnpore, August 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 14, Correspondence on the subject of the loss of grain and other articles (wheat, rice, dhall, ghee, sugar, salt and firewood) stored in the entrenchments at Ghazeepore [Ghazipur], September 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 15, Correspondence regarding the prohibition on the despatch of convoys down the Ganges, September 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 16, Establishment of a coal depot at Bulliah [Ballia] for steamers cruising off the Shahabad District, with a view to obviate the inconvenience of their having, after a very short period, to repair to Dinapore to coal, September 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 17, Correspondence regarding a reprimand given to C Currie, Officiating Magistrate of Bulandshahr, for certain arrangements he had carried out to commemorate the transfer of the Government of India to Her Majesty in anticipation of the issue of the official Proclamation, September 1858 to May 1859.
- Coll 18, Correspondence regarding the proposed rescinding of Rule 21 of those laid down for the management of the Instrument Depot attached to the Thomason Civil Engineering College Roorkee, September 1858 to May 1859.
