Scope & Content:: The letter is informing Captain Hart that a drummer of HM 20^th Regiment of foot has arrived at Bushire. It further informs him that Captain Hardy has advanced him a sum for his expenses, and that he has also provided him with a servant and mules for an unspecified journey on Captain Hart's account. It also notes that he has been provided with weaponry, which he expects to be returned.
