- Scope & Content:
- The letter is an acknowledgement of receipt of Kemball’s earlier letter relating to an act of piracy committed against a Bahraini vessel off the Arab coast, and British efforts to trace the perpetrators. Anderson writes that his Lordship in Council approves of the measures thus far taken by Kemball, and anticipates a further report on the matter in due course.
