- Letter of recommendation for Richard England, written by Charles Farrell, Deputy Inspector of Hospitals and Principle Medical Officer at Ceylon.
- Report by R England, "Notes on the Neilgherry, serving as a physical and medical topography of the Mountain".
- Letter from Evan Macpherson regarding mortality and disease in the area of the Nilgiris, including a meteorological table for Wuttacamund [Oootacamund], dated 1822.
