- The letter concerns a case of piracy committed at Debaye [Dubai], suspected of having been carried out by men associated with the fugitive Jubber Rugagree [Jassim bin Jaber Raqraqi]. Hennell requests that Brucks add an additional forty Crowns to the amount to be demanded from the Shaikh of Biddah, Salmin bin Nasir, as compensation for Rugragree’s activities.
