Letter reporting that Mr Morrison, Surgeon of HC Cruizer Amherst had been placed in medical charge of the Residency at Bushire owing to the departure of Assistant Surgeon Henry Johnston on a sick certificate. The letter also reports that Mr Morrison had been issued with a statement to that effect in order that he could claim allowances for his services at the Residency.
