- pp 1417-19. Revenue Department forward letters from the Post Master General regarding the transmission of morbid growths and living germs through the post, advising that the rule prescribing the exclusion of dangerous materials should be maintained. Letter thereon from the Home Department to the Secretary of State, suggesting that the difference between virus or bacterial material and cancerous growths be explained to the Postmaster General for reconsideration.
