pp 43-45. Government of Burma forward letters from Rost [given here as Röst] and Colonel W G King, Inspector-General of Civil Hospitals, Burma, regarding the experiments.
Röst claims to have complied with Government orders to cease experiments with leprolin, and claims that the new treatment being tested by him is prepared from "cultivations of an acid-fast bacillus, isolated in the first instance from the blister fluid of a leper and now obtained in a pure culture", and is supported by King. Government of India report no objection to continued experiments on inmates at Kemmendine Asylum.
