- pp 49-50. Government of Bombay forward communication from the Political Resident at Aden regarding the information that the ports on the Arabian Coast of the Red Sea are considered by the Egyptian Government as infected, and that vessels arriving from such are subjected to ten days quarantine; also forwarding request by the Agent and Consul General, Cairo, that Aden be subjected to necessary precautions so as not to be declared infected and outbound ships subjected to quarantine. Includes translation of a resolution thereon by the Egyptian Sanitary Board.
