- pp 103-05. S C Townsend, Sanitary Commissioner with the Central Provinces, forwards sample forms for recording returns of sickness and mortality in regiments; cases of cholera reported at station-houses and outposts; and nominal registers of deaths. Plus request that Dr Edis [Medical Officer appointed to the special enquiry] be supplied with annual reports and a copy of Bryden's reports on cholera in the Bengal Presidency.
