• Coll 2, Application for the appointment of an additional Assistant Surgeon to the Western Division of the city of Patna, March to December 1857.
• Coll 3, Report of the Inspector of Dispensaries, Lower Provinces, on the Kishnaghur Charitable Dispensary, 7th April 1857.
• Coll 4, Names of the gentlemen who had been appointed Members of Committees of Charitable Dispensaries and Hospitals during the 3rd quarter of 1857.
• Coll 5, Papers regarding the temporary smallpox hospital connected to the Medical College, February to December 1857.
• Coll 6, Sanction of the Supreme Government to the entertainment of an Establishment for the efficient management of the Lunatic Asylum at Bhowanipore, February to December 1857.

• Coll 22, Correspondence regarding Sudder Ameens [Sadr Amins] at detached stations being allowed to send letters on the public service free of postage to all Judicial authorities, June to December 1857.
• Coll 23, Correspondence regarding damages paid to Seetaram Sahoo on account of the detention of his two boats, which were seized by the Collector of Bhagalpur, July to December 1857.
• Coll 24, Correspondence authorising the Medical Board to have printed monthly such number of copies of the Meteorological Registers furnished by the Medical Officers of the several stations of the Bengal Presidency as was considered necessary for distribution to the public institutions and societies in Bengal to which such returns might be useful, October 1856 to December 1857.
