Group of soldiers and officers on the range. Note on reverse of print reads: 'A photo taken on Trimulgherry Rifle Range. The Col is in the white topee. Capt Archdale (Adjutant) with pipe next to the flag. I am bending down over a sandbag which has been penetrated 6 inches by bullets for testing purposes. The little fellow on my rt is Capt Burnett, whilst McIntire is standing up. Photo by W.H. Pike.'
