Includes opinions thereon received from Honorary Surgeon Moideen Sheriff, Khan Bahadur; Syed Ameer Hossain, Secretary to the National Mahomedan Association, Bengal; and Nawab Abdool Lateef Khan Bahadur, Secretary to the Mahomedan Literary Society of Calcutta.
