The square format print is equally divided with the bottom half taken up by the marshland and the upper half by the sky; the remote church is at the centre. Mounted on card 505 x 404 mm, inscribed '066/ 4524.11' and '25'. Exhibited in Barbican Gallery, Room Two (Landscapes). Published in ‘Romney Marsh and the Royal Military Canal' (London: Wildwood House, 1980) p.76, the original colour version is used for the dust cover, also published in ‘Land’ (London: Heinemann, 1985) p.89.
