Square format print of William and Jean Pears standing in their garden, they are either side of an ornamental chimney containing plants; both look at the camera and smile. In the distance to the right are farm buildings and to the left fields divided by stone walls. Image exhibited in ‘A Perfect Republic of Shepherds’ held at The Wordsworth Trust, Grasmere, 1997 and chosen for the retrospective exhibition ‘Landmarks’ held at the Barbican, 2001.
