Sapindaceae family

Seven leafy twigs stem from the main branch; leaves opposite, elliptical with pointed ends, green coloured. Pinned dark green veins are depicted on the leaves. One flowering stealth stems from the main branch, with a widely racemose panicle inflorescence with small, white stellate flowers; many closed buds depicted in green. Lower left: a small twigs bearing round fruits: four individual fruits of which two depicted with green skin, one half green and half reddish, and one reddish. The skin appears smooth. A dissected fruit is depicted separately, showing fleshy part without the internal seed, which is itself depicted separately and dissected to show the internal layers and structure of the seed. The seed is black and presents an internal yellow core, divided by a white layer. Lower right: dissected view of the flower members; five stamens, green pedicle and sepals, and five petals.
