Branch nodose, lower half glaborous, upper half branching out in several twigs, all densely adorned with opposite elliptic leaves, dark green and light green coloured, with entire margins and pinnate veins, visible only in some of the leaves. At the very top, some leaves are yellowish-green coloured. Individual flowers stem from the twigs' nodes, alla depicted laterally facing. Flowers are campanulate in shape and pendulus, with petals curling upward. Petals pink with darker coloured edges, light green sepals. Lower left corner: illustration of an individual flower, and dissected view of each flower member, including corolla, showing campanulate shape, four petals, with white interior and darker pink edges, pedicel with four long and thin sepals, ovary and possibly four styles; eight pairs of white-yellow stamens, all down facing to indicate pendulous nature of the flower.
