Flowering orange daylily plant. Five basal, lanceolate leaves, two of which small and curling inward, one yellow, bent in half and showing deteriorate, dark brown end; the remnant two long and lush, erect for the first half, and then bending downward. One erect cyme inflorescence in the middle of the leaves, showing one bloomed and frontal facing flower, seven or more elongated buds, mostly pale pink, one orange. The flower is large, funnel-shaped, with six petals slightly curling downward. The petals are orange with one thick orange line across each petal, and reddish lateral lines adorning each petal surface. Six stamens protrude, erect, from the middle of the flower; filaments white to pale orange, with green anthers; one style with a stellate stigma in the middle of the stamens.
