Flowering branch of an unidentified yellow flower pod producing plant. Widely branching out, densely leaved with few inflorescences at the top of the twigs. The leaves are green, lanceolate, rounded at the base, and acuminate with a slender, curved point. The pedicels are slender. Corymb inflorescences, with creamy-white, stellate flowers, petals are slender and rounded at ends. Conical pistil with numerous stamens. Buds are small, green, and globular in shape. Lower left: dissected view of a fruit pod: the pod is shown attached to a brown, sinuous and nodose pedicel, the upper part is dissected vertically showing interior arrangement of seeds; one seed depicted on the left, elongated, pointy and yellow with a cluster of long hairs. The lower part of the dissected pod shows tubular structure of the pod, which is composed of two tubes. The pod is long, green. Lower right: dissected view of five stamens, pedicel with pistil, and five petals.
