Sultan Muhammad ‘Adil Shah II of Bijapur is shown head and shoulders facing left, holding ‘pan’ in his left hand and a ‘talwar’ under his left arm. His pale yellow jama is tied to the left, his gold turban shot with crimson, and his gold halo is set against a green background.
