A nobleman is seated on a terrace smoking a hookah, dressed in orange trousers beneath a white jama, with floral gold cushions around him on the illuminated carpet, and a similarly decorated canopy erected above. Beyond on the left is a pavilion and on the right a landscape with trees and water.
