Inscribed beneath in Persian: ‘tasvir-i rajah bishan singh’ (a picture of Raja Bishan Singh); numbered 25 in Persian inventory note; on reverse: ‘‘amal-i ustad gulab rai’ (the work of the master Gulab Rai).
