Inscribed above in Persian: ‘shabeh-i haft dah salagi fath ma‘mur khan’ (a portrait of Fath Ma‘mur Khan aged seventeen years); numbered 23 in Persian inventory note (repeated on reverse); on reverse: ‘‘amal-i utam chand, sunnah 195’ (the work of Utam Chand, year 195 - for AH1195/AD1781); in nagari: ‘Fath Mamur Khan.’
