Note: ‘Aziz Allah Khan served for Aurangzeb in the Deccan, and while his brother Ruh Allah Khan was governor of the province of Bijapur, he was appointed governor of the forts of Bijapur and Qandahar (Deccan) (Shah Nawaz Khan (1911-52), I, 335).
