Enclosure: translation of letter in Spanish, dated 21 February 1763, from spanish officers on the island of Manila to His Majesty the King regarding Vice-Admiral Cornish.
The original Spanish letter was recorded as being received via the Albion 25 September 1763 but is not enclosed with the translation.
Referred 12 October 1763 to the Committee of Correspondence to examine and report.
