The map shows the Qatar peninsula, the island of Bahrain and the mainland of the Arabian peninsula. It was prepared by Acting Civil Commissioner for Mesopotamia, Arnold Talbot Wilson, to illustrate his 'Note on History of Zubara and Claims of Shaikh of Bahrein to Zubara.' The map indicates ports of importance underlined in red: Qatif, Manama, Ojair, and Doha. The location of Zubara is also given.
The map bears the printing statement: 'S[imla].D[rawing].O[ffice]. No. 2/94, February 1920'.
