Additional note states: Mr Nuthall does not advise the Committee to return the Memorial and Account, as the same contain a demand on the Committee which may be altered or enhanced as the Memorialist thinks fit, and Mr Nuthall takes it to be unprecedented to return papers of this kind to the party who presents them.
