The map shows a plan prepared for the General Staff India, of the action at Bulevardi, near Shiraz which weare the target of a ‘punitive attack’ by British military forces in April 1918. The map also gives the location of features such as walls, rivers, villages, rivers, and the routes traversed by military units.

The map was printed by Simla Drawing Office, and includes the printing statement ‘S. D. O. No. 2432, November 1918’.
