A hand-drawn plan of an area of water on the inside of the New Sea Road, Manama, Bahrain. The area was to be filled in and sold off in parts. The plan shows buildings and plots of land with notes on ownership. Proposals for the land to be reclaimed from the sea are marked in red ink.
