A copy of a memorandum on trade between Great Britain and Persia [Iran], and competition from trade between Russia and Persia, by Lieutenant William Bruce, Acting Resident at Bushire [Būshehr]. The memorandum was enclosed in a letter from Sir Harford Jones, British Envoy Extraordinary to Persia, to the Secret Committee of the Court of Directors of the East India Company of 13 April 1809, and was received via James Justinian Morier on 5 December 1809.
