Translation of a rukem [raqum, official order] from the Prince of Persia [Iran] [Crown Prince of Persia], Abbas Meerza [Mirza], to the Persian Ambassador to the Ottoman Empire, Meeza Ameen [Mirza Amin]. The rukem annuls Meerza Ameen’s functions as ambassador and directs him to leave Constantinople [Istanbul] and return to Abbas Meerza’s presence.
The rukem was enclosed in the secret letter of HM Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to Persia, Sir Harford Jones, of 13 November 1810, which was received 11 March 1811.
