Graphic index showing the extent of the northern sheets of the Southern Abyssinia Boundary Commission preliminary surveys filed at ABY/27/1. The base maps are from T[opographical].S[ection].G[eneral].S[taff]., No. 1764 (all dated 1905), filed at Maps MOD TSGS 1764, and portray hydrology, relief by form lines, railways, roads and tracks, settlements and place names.
Sheets K, L and O bear manuscript notes regarding the planimetric accuracy of the base mapping. The plotting of the graphic index on sheet P is incomplete.
The sheets, fully listed in the War Office ledger, bear the accession stamp 'With Material. Abyssinia. 27.'
