This blueprint sketch map shows the approximate layout of Sharjah and Dibai [Dubai]. It depicts the British Residency Agency at Sharjah, Sharjah Fort, including the Royal Air Force bomb store, DF [Direction Finding] masts and the Sharjah landing ground. It also shows the Imperial Airways alighting area and the Rafidain Oil Company petrol dump at Dubai, as well as the open undulating desert hard surface between Sharjah and Dubai.
It was created by the Air Headquarters Drawing Office, Habbaniya, Iraq.
