This part of the volume consists of a copy of an enclosure to a despatch from the Government of Bombay Secret Department to the Secret Committee, Number 37 of 1854, dated 7 June 1854. The enclosure is numbered 3 and is dated 4 May 1854.
The enclosure forwards a copy of a letter with enclosures addressed by the Resident in the Persian Gulf to HM Chargé d’Affaires at Tehran concerning Bunder Abass [Bandar-e Abbas].
