This part of the volume consists of copies of enclosures to a despatch from the Government of Bombay Secret Department to the Secret Committee, Number 42 of 1850, dated 5 August 1850. The enclosures are numbered 3-4 and are dated 16-27 July 1850.
They consist of correspondence relating to Aden affairs including: the arrival of the new French Consul in Judda [Jeddah].
Correspondents include the Political Agent, Aden (Stafford Bettesworth Haines).
