This part of the volume consists of a copy of an enclosure to a despatch from the Government of Bombay Secret Department to the Secret Committee, Number 54 of 1850, dated 17 October 1850. The enclosure is numbered 3 and dated 15 August 1850.
The enclosure includes copies of despatches from the Acting Political Agent in Turkish Arabia [Ottoman Iraq] to HM Ambassador at Constantinople [Istanbul], connected to affairs in the Bagdad Pachalic [Pashalik of Baghdad], sent, for information, to the Secretary to the Government of India.
