Annual administration report of the Bombay Presidency, providing a summary record of the main events and developments in each department of the Government of Bombay during the financial year 1908-09.

The report is divided into two parts. Part I contains a report ‘SUMMARY’ (ff 73-86). Part II (ff 87-135) comprises chapters I-IX.

PART II is divided into the following chapters, some of which are further divided into sub-headings.

In a small number of instances there are discrepancies in the spelling, phrasing or inclusion of sub-headings between the table of contents and the body of the report.
