This map is one of fourteen map sheets included in IOR/L/PS/20/C234.
It shows the area north of the city of Firuzabad, which was the site of a military confrontation in October 1918 between British Indian troops and a force of Qashqai [Qashqāy] fighters led by Saulat Ud-Daula [Ṣawlat al-Dawlah].
It portrays relief by form lines, settlements, ruins, and forts.
The map was prepared in the Historical Section of the Committee of Imperial Defence. Imprint: ‘Ordnance Survey 1929.’
