No. 34 of 1914 on appeal from the High Court of Judicature at Bombay between Bai Rajbai (Appellant) versus The Secretary of State for India in Council (Respondent); and between The Secretary of State for India in Council (Appellant) versus Bai Rajbai (Respondent) as to the tenure upon which the village of Charodi in the Ahmedabad district was held.
The Judgement advised that the main appeal, that of the Secretary of State should be allowed and the respondent must pay the costs.
