Construction of the 60-inch building, seen from the west. The dome slit faces to the left of the image, where a scaffolding has been erected. The roof and wall trusses of the turret are complete. Evenly-spaced slender vertical bars are in place over about half of the walls. A "RANSOME" machine is visible to the right of centre. at the left edge of the frame. Several people are shown. PB13_0033 and PB13_0018 are duplicates.
