Construction of the 60-inch building, seen from the north-west. The walls and roof trusses of the turret are in place. The south pier can be seen inside the building. The curtain wall of the entrance is partially complete. An American flag flies from a pole, held by an individual, on the roof. Several other people can be seen, standing on the roof trusses. A large machine, with metal wheels, is in the foreground. The contrast of the image is poor, and it has an uneven sepia-like tint. Written on back: "Nov 29, 1931 / Harvard Kopje / Nov 29, 1931 / 60(inch) turret". LSB04_0021, PB13_0021 and PLB32_0015 are derivatives.
